Let’s help you get dinner on the table without losing your mind!
You are SO busy with work or volunteering or babies or shuttling your kids around or managing your household or ALL OF THOSE and MORE. You know it’s important to eat dinner at home, as a family, but you just can’t figure out how to make it a bright spot in your day. It feels like one more to-do, and it’s often super stressful to even think about it at the end of a crazy long day.
But…you KNOW you want it to be different. You want dinner to be a time that everyone enjoys and, even if they don’t (the kiddos…because FOR REAL they are fickle little suckers sometimes), you want to come to the table and have the energy to reconnect and love on the folks that matter most, rather than throwing 3 different meals together, at different times, and then collapsing in front of your bowl of cereal and glass of wine.
You are in the right place. I am here to help you find the strategies, meal ideas, and even some shortcuts, to help you simplify, and ultimately, enjoy dinnertime.
1:1 time with Angie is like chatting with a friend over coffee (or a cocktail) about the dinnertime circus…except she’s an actual expert that offers actual solutions. #SCORE
What? Meal planning consulting?? I know…that sounds super crazy, way too Type A and organized for you. Deep breath. If dinnertime is a constant stressor in your home, if you’re super busy with work and kids, or you’re working around picky eaters and dietary restrictions and just want someone to guide you, point you and/or tell you what to do to make it simpler, then a 1:1 call makes perfect sense.
Because I am ALL about keeping it simple, you can book our first call together below. We’ll start with a one-hour call at $55/hour and, you know what? That might be all you need! If not, we can chat about ongoing check-ins, too.
Once you schedule, you’ll get a quick questionnaire to fill out so we don’t waste any time getting down to business. After the call, you’ll get a summary from me and any of the resources that I offer that might help you out.
Here’s what some of my clients have shared about our time together:
From Krista, a wife and busy mom of 2:
It’s almost time to start my weekly menu and grocery planning so I can get groceries. And it’s so easy now that Angie Trueblood put together this awesome binder and meal planner worksheet for me!! Everything is organized so it’s easy for me to find dinner ideas based on how much time I have each night. She even included great ideas for different veggie, rice, etc side dishes to get us out of our broccoli and rice rut. If you dread meal planning and grocery prep, give Angie a call and she can help. ?? She also helped me with ideas for the pantry, the ClickList and grocery pickup services at Kroger and Walmart, ideas for school lunches, breakfast and snacks….awesome stuff!!
From Carol, who needed me to talk her off her meal planning ledge:
Angie calmed me down so I wasn’t totally freaking out and set me on the correct path about what I needed to do. With just a short call and follow-up email, she helped me stop and kind of reset myself. I was able to actually listen to what she thought might be the best way for me to organize meal planning for my family.
Too many recipes got you like....AGHH!?!
