These are meals that you’ll prep the day you plan to cook and eat them. Think: Spinach & Artichoke Calzone, Asian Wings & Coconut Rice & Creamy Chicken Soup. I love using these as Friday night dinners (on Fridays when our kitchen isn’t closed!) and Sunday afternoon meals.
