I’m a wife of almost 10 years to my hubs (who I met on a blind date) and a mama to our two kiddos.
I empower busy moms to simplify dinnertime so they can show up at the table energized and ready to reconnect with their family. Here, I’ll share tips, tricks, and resources that you can implement around your family’s full and abundant life.
Why meal planning?
Meal Planning Mama has been a several year journey and evolution and I’m beyond psyched to be here. What started as a way for my family and I to gain some sanity during dinnertime hours has evolved into a passion of mine for helping other families reconnect around the table.
It all started with a Facebook group back in 2010 when I was first tasked with having to feed someone besides myself. 🙂 Dinnertime went from being a time of relaxing with a glass of wine to a whirlwind of energy, activity, and sometimes tears. I mean, right from the get-go, the Witching Hour IS during the dinnertime hours!! Soooo not right!
So, can I help you?
Just in case you’re wondering if you’re in the right place, here’s what I believe about meal planning:
- It should be painless. If you have a meal planning system in place, the planning portion is SUPER SIMPLE.
- Meal planning is the BEST way to remove the stress of the dinnertime hours. If you have the RIGHT meal planning system for you and your family, the cooking portion of providing dinner will also be SUPER SIMPLE.
- Providing dinner to our family is something we have to do, every day, in one way or another, so let’s make it be as painless (and delicious) as possible. My goal is to help you simplify dinnertime so that you can spend more time enjoying your family. Sound good?
